Assessments & Management Plans
02
Developmental Disorders
We offer clinical assessments and treatment plans for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), tailored to each young person’s stage of development.
Following an initial clinical assessment, we normally refer young people for further psychological testing (usually completed by psychologists) to confirm a diagnosis of ASD or ADHD. A follow-up appointment is then used to discuss the diagnosis, plan treatment, and start medication if appropriate.
We understand a developmental diagnosis affects the whole family, so we take time to explain results clearly and answer questions before agreeing on next steps together.
03
Anxiety Disorders
Ages 6–25
We specialise in the diagnosis and management of a range of Anxiety Disorders in young people aged 6 to 25, from generalised anxiety through to more specific presentations that affect school, sleep, and daily life.
Each treatment plan is built around the individual, with regular review to make sure the approach keeps pace with the young person’s needs.
Where appropriate, we combine clinical management with practical strategies families can use day to day, so progress isn’t limited to the consultation room.
04
Depressive Disorders
Ages 6–25
We specialise in the diagnosis and management of emerging and treatment-resistant Depression in young people aged 6 to 25, including cases where previous treatment approaches haven’t brought enough relief.
Our clinicians reassess and adjust management plans as needed, working closely with your GP throughout.
We also monitor how depression affects sleep, school, and relationships, so treatment addresses the full picture rather than symptoms in isolation.
05
Complex Developmental Trauma
We offer comprehensive assessment and treatment plans for young people who have experienced a range of trauma, with an approach that takes into account how early or repeated trauma can shape development.
Care is delivered at a pace that respects each young person’s history, working toward stability and long-term recovery.
We work closely with families and, where relevant, other supports already involved in the young person’s life, so care feels consistent rather than fragmented.
06
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
07
Eating Disorders
We offer comprehensive assessment and treatment plans for young people presenting with a spectrum of eating disorders, recognising how closely these conditions are tied to both physical and mental health.
Management plans are coordinated with your GP and, where needed, other allied health professionals involved in a young person’s care.
Families are supported alongside the young person, since recovery from an eating disorder is most effective when the whole household understands the plan.
08
Bipolar Disorder
Ages 6–25
We specialise in the diagnosis and management of emerging Bipolar Disorders in young people aged 6 to 25, providing early assessment when mood symptoms first begin to affect daily functioning.
Ongoing monitoring and medication management are provided in partnership with your GP for consistent, long-term care.
Regular check-ins help catch mood shifts early, so treatment can be fine-tuned before symptoms escalate.
09
Early Psychosis
We offer comprehensive assessment and treatment plans for young people with first-episode or emerging psychotic disorders, where early intervention can make a significant difference to long-term outcomes.
Our approach combines careful clinical assessment with close GP collaboration to support the young person and their family through diagnosis and treatment.
We prioritise timely appointments for early psychosis, recognising that fast access to care in the first episode has a meaningful impact on long-term recovery.
